FABRIC PVC HYPERTEX PYRAMID SHAPE 1.100

Manufactured in Germany according to the international quality standard ISO 9001:2015 and and energy management ISO 50001. All components comply with the European Reach standard. PVC-coated polyester fabric for external reinforcements with an anti slippery pyramid shape finish in one of the sides, provides greater robustness as a reinforcing material in PVC tubes at the points of greatest wear, in all types of boats, easy to glue and handle.

Its structure is made up of a 1,100 dtx high tenacity polyester textile support covered with the latest generation PVC on both sides with a total weight of 1,000 g/m². It can be used in industrial manufacturing processes by high frequency welding and thermo-welding as well as in repairs by cold gluing.

Resistant to weathering and marine environment, to solar radiation (ISO 105B02), with a high resistance to abrasion (Taber test) and a range of temperature use from a minimum of -40 ºc to a maximum of +70 ºc.
